1. Nature of Digital Services and General Refund Policy
All services sold on wegrowFOLK — including but not limited to likes, followers, views, subscriptions, and other forms of digital engagement — are non-tangible digital goods. Due to the nature of these services, which begin processing automatically or shortly after an order is placed, we do not offer refunds under most circumstances.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:
You are buying a non-physical, non-reversible digital product.
You waive your right to dispute charges on the basis of “item not received” once the delivery process has started or been completed.
All sales are final unless a rare exception applies as outlined in Section 3 below.
2. Third-Party Fulfillment
wegrowFOLK operates as a marketing and facilitation platform, sourcing services from third-party suppliers, vendors, and fulfillment partners. We do not manufacture, control, or directly own the infrastructure through which services like likes, followers, or views are delivered.
We act solely as an intermediary to help customers access services they are actively seeking. While we select reputable third-party providers and quality-check our offerings, we do not claim to generate or provide engagement directly.
As such:
We are not liable for any delays, drops, reversals, or inconsistencies caused by third-party vendors.
We do not guarantee performance timelines beyond what is stated on our product pages.
The fulfillment of each service is subject to the operational conditions and timelines of our suppliers.
3. Refunds May Be Considered ONLY Under These Conditions:
Refunds will be considered only under the following specific scenarios:
Non-Delivery of Service: If you have not received any part of your service within 5 business days after the maximum delivery timeframe mentioned on the order page, and you have contacted our support team with your order details, we will investigate and issue a full or partial refund if your claim is valid.
Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, and the duplicate transaction was not processed or delivered, we will refund the excess payment.
Service Incompatibility or Mistake in Link Submission: If your submitted link (e.g., Facebook Page, Instagram handle, etc.) is incorrect, deleted, private, or otherwise incompatible — and the order hasn’t been fulfilled or started yet — you may request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order. Beyond that, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Important Note: We do not offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase).
Temporary drops in followers/likes due to platform audits or algorithm changes.
Services that were delivered in full, even if engagement has since reduced.
Expectation mismatch (e.g., you were expecting organic engagement or real followers when the service explicitly stated “non-drop,” “gradual,” or “high-quality” delivery).
Orders made without reading the service descriptions carefully.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if:
You contact our support team at [support@wegrowfolk.com] within 30 minutes of placing the order.
The order has not yet been processed or sent to our delivery partners.
Once an order has begun fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled, paused, or refunded.
5. Drops or Reductions in Engagement
While we partner with providers that aim to deliver stable services, wegrowFOLK cannot guarantee retention rates, as social platforms often purge accounts, adjust algorithms, or remove what they perceive as non-organic activity. We may, at our discretion, offer limited refill support if such a service was promised in the original order.
However:
We are not obligated to refill or refund if a service drop occurs after the guaranteed refill window.
If the service description did not promise refill or retention, the buyer assumes all associated risk.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in:
Immediate blacklisting from future purchases.
Public disclosure of your attempt as fraudulent to prevent abuse.
Legal action, if deemed necessary.

Policy violations on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
All users are solely responsible for understanding the risks associated with purchasing third-party engagement services.8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance shall wegrowFOLK, its owners, team members, or affiliates be liable for:
Platform account bans or restrictions.
Removal of engagement metrics.
Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or reputation.
Any damages arising from third-party service failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wegrowFOLK disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to our services.
8. Modifications to This Policy
